2. If what YOU believe a person must do to get to heaven is wrong, would you want to know it??
The bible says there is only ONE way to get to heaven.
John 14:6 says, "Jesus saith unto them, I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me."
How do I come to know the Father?
Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
2) YOU MUST REALIZE THERE IS A DEBT YOU OWE TO GOD BECAUSE OF YOUR SIN.
Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."
3) YOU MUST REALIZE YOU CANNOT PAY THIS DEBT, BUT BECAUSE JESUS LOVES YOU HE PAID YOUR DEBT OF DEATH FOR YOU BY DYING ON THE CROSS.
John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotton Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
Romans 5:8 says, "But God commendeth His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."
4) ONCE YOU REALIZE THESE THREE THINGS ALL YOU MUST DO TO GET TO HEAVEN IS ASK JESUS TO FORGIVE YOU OF YOUR SIN, BY FAITH ACCEPT HIS FREE GIFT TO YOU OF SALVATION AND ASK HIM INTO YOUR HEART TO BE YOUR SAVIOR.
Romans 10:9 says, "That if thou shalt confess with they mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
Romans 10:13 says, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
5) HOW DO I ASK JESUS TO SAVE ME?
"Dear Lord, I realize I am a sinner, and cannot save myself. Thank you for sending Jesus to die on the cross for me. Please forigve me of my sin. I now ask you to come into my heart as I accept you as my Savior and Lord and give me an eternal home in Heaven. Help me now to live a life that pleases you. Amen."
